Very nice service. Good food at good prices. I highly recommend it. There is German home cooking here. Just pay attention to the opening times of the kitchen. It's best to call beforehand.

I have been a guest at stifthaug with friends for umpteen years, there are a lot of kart rounds, happy and meeting guys, you feel good, young and old are welcome and the food is good, traditional and good. The service is friendly 😊 and fast, I think everything fits.

I was there with two friends on a Friday night and since we were unlucky enough to stay at three other places without a reservation, we tried it there. Here it worked immediately. Since the restaurant was not very crowded and we did not really like the ambience, we were a bit skeptical, but still remained. The place has the charm of a larger beer house, one has the impression, the restaurant has already the best times behind. We ordered turkey schnitzel and therefore did not expect much, more "finished schnitzel quality". But we were pleasantly surprised. The schnitzel was really tasty, the fries very good and the salad okay. Unfortunately, the provided ketchup was already almost empty, as the service staff could have noticed that a second vial would be good. Conclusion: We were well fortified for the rest of the evening.

Good local fare. Non-local beer from the Eiffel, Bitbuger. Low prices, cash only. Service fast and friendly. The haxn was crispy yet tender.

Decent restaurant

The food is delicious and the price is cheap. It looks like a restaurant known only to locals. Please refer to those who took accommodation near the Central Station.

Expect a comfortable, medium priced stay at one of Würzburg's most hidden pearls of gastronomy. Good beer and wine and decent German food. No luxury, but neither poor quality!
